Alright, so this news source states that "Alcohol was not a factor in the accident,"

Whatever the case, this guy is a complete idiot. I can only imagine the shock of everyone who witnessed it.

Yeah, stupidity was a factor in this. Drunk or not...he's a moron. And he ruined Tower for everyone that night when he fell.

Personally, if it did go to court, I would like to see this:
Defense Attorney: According to police records, you had a blood alcohol level that was over the legal limit for driving drunk...
Jury foreman: We find for the defendant, Disney...
Judge: The trial isn't done yet!
Jury: We've heard enough!
Yes, I know, it can't happen that way. Allow me a daydream or two, though...
Edit: Alcohol wasn't a factor? Darn, we are just left with lack of common sense.

You know, he might have been better off if he could blame it on the alcohol. Now it's just due to an excess of stupid.
