AIR we rented one for a week about 8yrs. ago when we went with the MIL and Great Aunt. Everything was more than acceptable in regard to the home. Know that any lease of less than 6 months is subject to the tourism tax in Florida, so look at booking for half a year even if you won't be staying that long, it may be an advantage.
Failing that, there are a number of vacant houses in my neighborhood I could help you break into....
