I had walked off, because I was going up to drive the train. Someone else helped them.
Looking back, I know the people that were working the platform at the time. They helped them. There is no question in my mind.
The guests lied to me.
Ok.. I know when i get called out... Yes.. I must say that i am at some fault in this situation. The guy who we go boating with and I had opened some gates and saw you walking down opening the other half. We where un-aware of the fact that you where going to bump that train and thaught that you where going to assist them. We where talking ( i know... bad cast member.... ) and didnt notice whatwas happening untill we saw gramps lay the ramp down for the chair... I rushed over and appoligised <sp> to them and fliped the ramp around to the proper position....
I am sooooo sorry about that BW and hope that you forgive me... If not... Let the lashings begin!

Had no room res. under your name & swore "No person with that name will be staying with us this wknd." They sent me away 2xs until I became so frustrated I insisted the front desk go through every res they had by name & city. They were not thrilled with me.

When they finally found you they gave me a few weak excuses. :( Didn't care as I was right & this was all I wanted.
That was the night I felt like a 2 bit hooker. U still owe me. ;)
A little OT, but how would you know that?

Lack of details in this statement are highly called for. Too bad I wasn't the first to comment :)

See! I knew that at least this happened. The way the guy told it to me at Epcot, no one ever came.
I didn't call his BS... not to his face, anyway.
Yesterday was just a weird day all over with the guests. Almost as bad as Thanksgiving Day.
I have a theory that every 80 days someone pulls out the Stupid Stick and whacks as many guests as they can, as hard as they can. The rest of the time you get that odd one with a truly stupid question ("What time is the 3:00 Parade?" is NOT one of them in my book) or doesn't like your answer to a good question and gets bent out of shape, or jumps fences, etc.
Then you have the days like yesterday. I know one Cast Member who was threatened by guests enough that she called Security three times. I had guests make completely unreasonable requests ("I'm not riding in a Monorail car with ANYONE else!" during an exit, etc) complaining about how park hours ruined their trip (more on that one later), how we had better make the Express Monorail stop at the Polynesian because they can't wait for the Resort train, etc.
I don't understand this phenomena. As I think about it, I don't really want to.

I love it I've been quoted guests never think things through they seem to think that they have to run in a maze to get to their destinations 'yes disney wants you to climb over that fence just to get to the monorail' really when you see a fence you think what? HOP ME? that really steams me because I have to stop them for their "safety" but instead I get threatened and called every name under the blue moon, until security has to come and escort you away. really!!! thats all I have to say

That's the sad part.
People don't seem to understand that if they confront the problem when it happens it can most the time be solved. (ie going to the front desk about the tickets). But like the man said. Waiting till you get home to say anything is too late. Thank God these people are not governors calling in to stop an execution.
*Ring*
executioner - "Hello?....I see....well... he's a little fried right now. Couldn't you have called about 2 mins ago?"

I agree, it was a weird day. The guests were really weird in my shops. No SGTs that I know of though.

In the mornings in roll call we always hear: Be aware of your surroundings and do not take any short cuts. I know when you go through the check points they have posters of the characters from the Lion King doing unsafe things. I think they should sign a paper if they do something stupid and unsafe they go directly to jail. :D:
