I love it when guests take care of SGs! I hope this doesn't happen when I go on Storybook this year, as I did not get to go last year. :(

And also, thank goodness for the many guests who actually come to Disney parks to enjoy them with their families than make their families miserable and enjoy the parks themselves like SG dad there.

It reminds me at Soarin' when asking for single riders, we occasionally get a person who is like "ME ME ME!" and proceeds to run from their family in the line, telling us they have been wanting to get away all day!

That part was hilarious to me! :D:

They are bad around the turkey carts complaining that the smoked turkey legs are red and look raw. Turkey legs are cooked at 245 degrees for 1 hour roughly. They are kept in warmers roughly 160-210 degrees. When they are sent to Disneyland they are frozen. They thaw out the legs, place them in pans, and stick them in a refrigerator. They have heavy plastic bags around them. If it is busy, the crew will place the racks into the oven and start to smoke them. I have seen it. I did get to go on a tour at WDW and see how their Outdoor Foods. Seriously SG have never been in a kitchen to see them smoke the meat. That leg is double smoked and there is nothing wrong with it.

This story makes me smile, thank god for those Passholders! As a CM, it's the WORST to not be able to say something like that. Way to go!

A part neighbor from Missouri invited us over for smoked turkey he had done in the backyard. That stuff is REALLY good!
