Well...
You know I have to be a little bit deviant in my Christmas or I wouldn't be me.
I will have to upload the link to my Xmas pictures of my apartment for you to see.
Oh hell, I'll just do it now. Here you go!

Nice place you've got there, LDC! Is that Jack Skellington and company on the mantle?

It looks like a mix of Christmas and Mardi Gras. :D:

Don't be fooled by appearances. In Hawaii, some of the most powerful people look like bums and stuntmen.

Love it! I have a friend here in Celebration who uses gargoyles in her Christmas decor (heck, she uses 'em in all her decor). Good stuff!

Maybe it depends on particular roles or your LOB, but I know that in my work area, Cast Members can wear gloves issued by Costuming or can opt to wear their own leather or knit gloves provided they're solid black or white. If memory serves, I think Attractions/Ops have to wear white due to safety reasons - but it seems that they could at least be your own gloves? I'm over in resorts so I certainly could be wrong.Zazu wrote:After those cheesy white knit gloves helped me slip and fall off the train, I started to wear my own leather gloves from the last railroad I worked on.
I figured if anyone objected, I'd point out that the standard issue gloves were bad show as they weren't a style suitable to railroad work. Had they then insisted, I'd have worn the knit gloves every day, making sure to cake them up with grease, until there were none left.
Fortunately, the managers we had back then rarely left the office, and never in weather cold enough to need gloves, so it never became an issue.
