Syndrome wrote:Well, I actually saw the official form tonight. We had another nice CM moment so we stopped at Epcot GR on the way out and they had one. While we were waiting for our turn, I was treated to listening to some of the stupidest guest complaints possible. I think one guy was rambling on about having to stand by a wall for Illuminations, but it got to the point where he was waving his hand over the counter...conversation should be over at that point, and his butt should be dragged out by security. I think it escalated to a manger, but we had to leave so I don't know how it turned out. Another rocket scientist was spazzing because he got there late and didn't know the park closed at 9:00 and therefore felt ripped off. That's why I like to make it a point to stop by and give compliments, although I think it only neutralizes .0001 percent of the stupid complaints.

That's what I told Mr. Syndrome. When we were on our Adventure By Disney, once of the backstage experiences should have been spending an hour or two listening to the nonsense of SGs in GR.
We were actually in your neck of the woods tonight...I do have to say that Soarin' CMs rock!!

Add in score cards that get held up at the end of the complaint by the observers and you've got a new attraction. Does Disney have suggestion boxes?

Why thank you! I'm not working there now, but come visit me next month! Apparently one of my friends tried to use my name to get a FastPass, and the CM was like, "Honey, Larkin hasn't worked here for quite a while!" Made me giggle.
Also, kudos to that person for not giving away free FastPasses. :-)

The trouble would be that DW and I would want to stay there and make comments as the SG's left! We wouldn't get to see as much of the park as we would like too!

Just make comments? Heck, I was ready to do some serious bitch slapping! I wasn't exactly holding my tongue either...of course, the SGs in question were too far away to hear me but I wonder what those behind me in the line thought, especially if they were waiting to give a similar complaint.

Would they also let us say those not so nice things that the CM's are clearly thinking? I think that would make the CM's day so much easier.

Even better! An interactive attraction.

Hmm, maybe the addition of a high powered water cannon as they leave?
