It would be great if they could catch SGs being SGs, and use that as evidence when a CM gets assaulted/threatened, or a character gets punched, etc.. Then they can say "You broke the rules, we have proof, no, you're not getting the tape, get out and stay out, or we'll sue your ass off."

You would think that with everyone over the age of three carrying a camera or cell phone that there would be more pictures and/or movies of SG action.

Maybe they are expecting to post on U-tube?

I read somewhere that that's how the guy who jumped out of the Skyway and then sued DL finally dropped his lawsuit - some random tourist came forward with a video showing him in the background trying to open the bucket door and jumping out.

With the Antics I've seen at Disneyland on You Tube, I would guess that Disney has someone who is assigned to watch!

I would think that Disney would welcome such evidence, in the long run, it would save them a ton of money, and bad publicity!
