I signed up for the drawing for TSMM AP preview and for the first time in my life as an AP holder I got picked. I put in for 3 slots and my GF cant get the time off so me and her son are going to head down for the weekend and do the preview. Preview time is Thursday June 12th, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm and they say I need to check in with guest relations near DTD half an hour before my time so I figure thats 09:30 am Thursday. Since the GF cant make it I have and extra slot to make it 3. I would be happy to have any AP holder from SGT take that 3rd slot instead of it going to waste. You would need to have a valid AP that is not blacked out on June 12th, i would prefer someone who hasnt had a chance to ride yet or who didnt get picked for the AP preview so as many of us as possible get a chance to experience the attraction before it opens and it becomes a complete madhouse. So if any AP holder would like to meet for the preview June 12th at about 09:00 am PM me, Ill check back later today and we can make arrangements to meet. Just make sure you can be there for the time specified, I really dont want a slot going to waste. First person that PM's and says for sure they can make it gets the slot, Ill Pm my cell number so we can make contact that morning, DL doesnt open until 09:00 so Ill go right for guest services when I get there since I expect a line so we can meet around 09:00 by lebrea bakery then go register. If there are any other AP holders here that happened to get picked for preview let me know and we can meet up and go as a group.

After the preview me and Da kid are going to be there for the rest of the weekend, leaving sunday so I get a whole weekend at DL. If any CM's want let me know where and when your working and ill try to drop by and say hi.

My extra spot is now taken. Again, if anyone else has Thursday morning and wants to meet up we will be on the cement planter/bench's in front of the bakery at the end of DTD, near west side security entrance Thursday morning around 09:00 am. I'm a big guy wearing a Disney T-shirt and a needs to be replaced Mickey 28 ball cap with camo looking backpack, ill have a large 12YO boy with me who I'm sure will look very bored at that point.

Okay, so I went on it yesterday. IT WAS FABULOUS! I'm not sure how the AP preview will go, but the CM preview ticket gave us unlimited rides until 3pm. There was no line and we went on 4 times.

People have been asking me to describe it, the only way I can describe it is think of Buzz, but make it better. It's completely interactive and very entertaining.

I'm amazed at how many people it accommodates. I know the line will be filled on June 17th, but it'll move fast!

They're very creative with every aspect, they even factor in ride stops.

That would be very cool if they let us ride more than once. With something inovative like this it might take a couple rides to really get the most of it, like watching a movie more than once. Anyone who gets to ride early in the week please let us know how they are doing it, it would be great to have an idea of what to expect before we get there. I love Buzz so I am really looking forward to riding TSMM I've only heard good about it so far.

I got picked too! Jack and I are going on June 9th (Holy Hannah, that's tomorrow!) between 10-3pm. I admit I am kind of excited. Haven't really won anything before, it was a crazy surprise getting that email.

i went on it today...and guess what? the lines are gonna be HORRENDOUS once this ride opens to the general public (at least for the first 6 months to a year at least i would guess)...it moves quickly and they seem to get people on and off pretty quickly...but IT'S A GREAT RIDE!!!! it was so good it should have been built at disneyland ;)

i wish we could have gone on again...it's really cute too...pretty well done...
and it only took us 15 minutes to get on once we were in line...not too bad...i hope they have fast passes for it...they had a lot of switchbacks set up for it...they're expecting big ...

On Tuesday, I was randomly told that we were taking a family trip down there this weekend. :D: Unfortunately we will be coming back Monday night, than we got the information that TSMM is opening on Tuesday and so we are just missing it (work makes it hard to change plans). So we will have to catch it next time we go, unless anyone knows something about a soft open this weekend. ;)
