That's what I thought at first as well!

I though he was referring to American Airlines.

Susi,

My DSIL used to have back problems from being so big up there and was seriously thinking about reduction surgery. She worked on losing weight and was able to from there, enough that she no longer has any back problems and hasn't had to have surgery either.

She's still a little larger than she would like in other places like the waist and thighs but she is working on losing that weight too. It is slow going for her but she is losing weight and will get to get target eventually. She exercises regularly and goes to Curves a few times a week.

I'm so glad nobody in my family has that problem. We pretty much are slightly built (mom's side). Susi, is ther a heated swimming pool where you live nearby? I was thinking aqua aerobics. I once had a class in it, and it's fun and not very strenuous. The water supports your weight, so it's easier on the weightbearing joints. And I was thinking it also might work with your back. Ask your doctor and if there are classes nearby, talk to the instructor.

Usually, growth hormones are destroyed in the cooking process. But I think they should take soy out of our diets, too. Here's some links; it shows some really scary stuff soy can do to you. I guarantee you'll never want to eat tofu again, either.

We have our own swimming pool, except we close it down in the winter. The recreation center here in town may have an indoor one. Aqua aerobics are great. The only link that worked in your post, Felinefan, was Westonaprice. I could not bring the others up.

But it makes sense. They use soy as a natural hormone replacement. I use Estroven with no problems there, but what else is it doing? It HAS helped with hot flashes and sweats. Ralphie drinks soy milk. I want to look at those websites.

Anyway, I got off on a tangent back in that post. I was just thnking about exercise and how I could not do it and that reminded me of when I really could not run! LOL! My little mind was wandering and now I got it back on a leash, kinda like those kids you see at Disneyland and WDW!

Sorry so far off topic! (And that clown in the first post's vid WAS SCARY!!!!!! I just had to change the subject!!! ;) LOL!!!!)

WOW, Susi, what a difference!
Being "gifted" myself, I know how horrible it is to have too much, cannot for the life of me figure out why young ladies want to have two hard large objects placed out front!

Sues, I've threatened to post this before but never quite got around to it until now. (You can tell from the size of my kids that this was a few years back.)

Yeah, but why aren't YOU in costume? Taking your kids trick or treating and wearing just office attire is kinda lame!!

(Okay you KNEW that was coming!!!)
