I for one would find hilarity if a CM signed up here new to talk about this SG who had a SGT pin on and lived up to it :D:

Sadly, it would not be me. I am way too concerned with doing things the way they are supposed to be done. *sigh*
Well keep watching. I have my pin and have an upcoming trip. I KNOW I will make several SGTs durring my 20 days there. I try not to, but I am way too easily lulled into zombiehood when I get tired to avoid all chances of doing something stupid. The only question is if I get caught by someone who posts here. ;) :)

So all of you out there, keep your eyes open and you could be the first to make Ktulu's day. :D:

I'll be arriving on Oct 4th and departing on the 20th. I have an SGT pin and when I am not going to one of the parks I have an SGT ball cap. Since I work nights here at home I wear a broad brimmed hat (Ausie style) in the parks to try to prevent some of the burning and peeling that the FL sun does to my neck and ears. My lilly white arms just have to fend for themselves. ;)

I'm the one who practically builds a house in my campsite. At least I don't set up my monorail layout in it anymore. I used to set up as much as 200' of monorail track (with many stations, many trains and even working track switches) around my tent. If you don't believe ask Zazu.

Yup, it's true. Randy so inspired me that one year I bought enough track to go all the way around my swimming pool. I added three hotel stations, a castle and a TTC and dubbed it the Seven Seas Lagoon. If you don't believe ask Randy -- he has photos.

Yup, but the one problem I noticed was that the track was so close to the waters edge that access to the pool was limited. Wasn't so bad in the winter, but I think summer might have been a problem. :)

The following is not a statement of fact, but an effort to see the offered photographs:

I don't believe you.

One problem. I used to have several accounts on sites where I could post photos. But all of the sites I used went belly up and so I currently have no place to post them. And I just haven't taken the time to find a new (free) site.

But I do have photos of Zazu's pool layout, my over-the-top campsite layout, and even some of my layout that took over my livingroom (a 12'x14' room with over 230' of track spiraling through it and enough special effects to make Spielberg envious). So if I find someplace to post them I'd be willing to search for them and put them somewhere you all could see the proof of my insanity. :D:

Sounds like someone needs a hobby. Besides setting up 200' of monorail at his campsite. ( yeah like drinking beer and being on the internet at 01:00 hrs is a great hobby).

(nods)

No GF, 20 years of night shift work, tends towards "hermit" in attitude. Yep, I probably do need a hobby. And since I can't afford a phone line or cable at home I only have internet access here at work. So posting at 1 am is not unlikely.

I guess I'm that quiet guy that is rarely seen but pleasant to talk to when seen that everyone's parents warn all of us about. :D:

Randy was actually constructing the monorail to Universal. He had SG's lined up for miles to get on it.

Of course, they had to go to Honey, I shrunk the audience first.

So what's wrong with that hobby?
