Stupid Guest Tricks

Today at my drive test (which I passed with flying colors), a couple trainers were explaining their experiences on Safari. They said the absolute worst seat in the bus was the driver's seat. So be careful sitting in the front row as well on that one.

It's just that every time this subject or the "how to get my kid on a ride he/she is too short for" discussion comes up I kinda feel nauseated. I understand. If my belly was too big to safely fit into a restraint, it wouldn't even be a question. But there are so many DO NOT DO THIS!!!! lists for pregnant women that you just want to make your own decision--like drinking coffee or using nail polish. And there's a big difference between a 2 month, 4 month, and 8 month's pregnant woman. The rules are a blanket to cover all of them, and it is their responsibility to make sure people are informed of any potential dangers.

Sorry, Hippie,but if the restaints are too tight,it's discrimination. If she is 'pg' it's discrimination.As this website is dedicated to ,personal responsibilty is someone else's problem.

I agree with there being too many lists stating what people should and should not do. You are right about a blanket coverage of all pregnant women. It is not how far along the woman is but how soon the baby will come and its healthy. There are unseen complications that may not be known to a mother.

The parks do not discriminate against pregnant women by using size as the limiting factor. See the 400 pound test dummy go flying out of the ride. Why is it so important to do something when you get few chances to have a baby and so many things can make having one difficult.
