My uhh........little toe hurts...yeah that's it.....and uh.... I should be able to .....go to the front without getting in line.
"Where did I park? You work here and you don't know where I parked?!"
"Nope, sorry. I forgot to memorize all 15,000 cars' spots as they drove in today." :p:

Re: people looking for ways to break the rules
Depends on the nature of the lawsuit. The question will come up: which was the bigger offense: Negligence on the part of Disney, or Ticket Media Fraud on the part of the Idiot Family? I mean, that's for the Judge to decide. Offhand, I'd say that if Mr. & Mrs. Idiot are going to try to scam the parks with a fraudulent suit, they're first going to make sure Junior's ticket is completely legit - no need to injure the boy needlessly if a Judge is going to throw the case out because you lied about his age getting into the park.sja wrote:OK a hypothetical question.
Mr and Mrs Idiot are trying to save a few bucks and sneak 12 year old Junior Idiot in on a child pass. Junior Idiot sees fit to throw himself to the floor or some other minor incident and has a trip to first aid as a result. Mr and Mrs Idiot decide that Disney has been negligent and want to sue their asses off. What would be the legal position in the case of Disney vs Idiots once Disney find out that Junior Idiot had incorrect ticket media?
