Hey Maypo, go ahead and vent.

just remember that an SG's time sense is warped...how else could they complain about standing in line for HOURS for an attraction when the wait is ten or fifteen minutes for the rest of us?

I am sure in their minds, the "stranded" time will soon be up to "overnight"

after a couple of posts on that other board.

Funny, you should bring up skynet....we've gotten some new geese at small world, they're very robotic looking. I'm convinced that skynet sent them.

There's always the wonderful, I was stuck on Small World for two hours claim too.....I've worked that attraction for many years, and I don't think we've ever had people stuck on their for an hour. Most of the time it's 30 minutes or less, if it's a longer one, we can generally cycle out the attraction on one side or the other. Even so, it's my understanding that a full evac takes about an hour. Oh, and the people are always stuck for two hours, with the sound on, we'll leave the sound on for maybe 10 min, depending on what the situation is, but if we're evacing, the sound is off, so that the guests can hear us and our instructions so everyone can be evacuated safely.

After a full day in the park it might be nice to get stuck for an hour. IASW is a nice place to take a nap.

*Thinking of Kingdom Keepers*

Yes, but if It's A Small World breaks down, the children don't eat the tourists.

I think this is a problem that needs to be fixed. Maybe next time I am in the parks I will need to take a ride on IASW and then go and complain that no one was eaten. Unfortunately, there is no way I would be able to say it with a straight face. Besides, if no one getting eaten is so traumatic, I may just need to eat them myself. :p:

Being a smoker comes in handy. A couple of cigarette filters in your ears and it's nappy time.
