Bad Movies

A place to be entertained. Videos, jokes, games, and more.
Forum rules
At the old Disney Hyperion Studio, the screening room where animators would show animated scenes to Walt for his approval was small, with no ventilation or AC. Not only was it hot, but the animators were nervously awaiting Walt's reaction to their work. Thus, the room became known as the Sweatbox. Even after the Studio moved to Burbank and elegant screening rooms were offered to the staff, the moniker remained.

Now SGT has a sweatbox of our own. This is the place to find and post all entertaining topics such as video links, jokes, games, and the like. A general rule of thumb is that if the thread is meant to be informative (interesting news stories for example), or a topic for discussion (like setting up a park meet) then it should go in the Break Room, but if the intent is to entertain the masses then it's home is The Sweatbox. I'm sure there will be grey areas at times, so if you have doubt as to where a new thread should go, just use your best judgement and the SGT Staff will be glad to move it later if you guessed wrong.

Oh Boy. All I could think of for the first film was "Stop dancing, you're going to ruin the finsh on the hardwood floor".
The second movie is more like,"10,000,000 ping-pong balls gave up their lives for this?"

I have to say that "The Apple" bites worse. True, it does have that Abba thing going, but the other film is at least self-consistent, and it does have some remarkably snarky choreography that's a good match to the song.

I have to withhold final judgment until I've found a way to watch the whole thing, but "The Apple" is on my short list of films that might be worse than "Plan 9 From Outer Space".

At it's premire, they gave out records of the soundtrack.

Man, I felt like I was watching a take-off of Thriller for the first and a bad remake of the original Battestar Galactica for the second (stickers on the forehead? really?). They were both awful.

I know I have mentioned it before, but it is worth mentioning again as I wonder if it is worse than those ones.

The Pumaman

Of course, that isn't to say that there is anything wrong with puma men. ;)

As to which dance sequence is worse, that's a tough one.

I thought Plan 9 was the worst....

until I saw "Manos, The hands of fate!"

(if you watch it, the best way is the MST3K version!)
