Read "How to be like Walt" by Pat Williams

I don't normally read, but I picked this book up at Borders. It's incredible! It's all about, well... how to be like Walt! VERY motivating!

That's what this book is pretty all about. It's incredible. It kinda singles out those people who don't believe anything is possible. If you don't understand Disney, you probably will think the book is bull, otherwise, you'll love it!

It's an absolutely awesome book. I checked it out at the beginning of July, and it took me forever to return it to the Learning Center. They were very understanding with the circumstances.

Comes highly suggested from here as well.

Thanks for the recommendation. I'll have to get the Kindle version.

How to be like Walt is one of my Disney bibles. If you know me... like a certin wallaby does, then you know that I believe in the magic of what Walt started... and i try to continue it, even tho i keep banging my head on the wall sometimes.

If anyone who reads this plans to be a CP, or a CM some day.. read that book, and the best list of Walt Books are

Walt Disney: The Triumph of the American Imagination

WALT DISNEY: AN AMERICAN ORIGINAL

How to Be Like Walt: Capturing the Disney Magic Every Day of Your Life

The Animated Man: A Life of Walt Disney

Inside the Dream

This is the start...

If you want to read about the history of the company post Walt.... the get Disney Wars.. its a LONG read and basicaly shows you how we as a company almost fell apart and what Eisner really did to be hated by everyone.

Let me add Walt Disney's Railroad Story by Michael Broggie (son of Roger Broggie, yes, the same Roger Broggie whose name is on one of the WDW Railroad Engines), it not only gives history on the trains, but some good info on Walt as well.
