Quick question. Now that the new Indy AA threw a kink into my plans of doing nothing but Mansion Holiday, when is the best time to go on Mansion Holiday? I'll be jumping back and forth between the two all of the first day.

Also, where would be the best place to watch the Christmas Parade and watch Fantasmic?

Well, Mansion does have fastpass, so you could use that to your advantage, although Indy does too. Honestly, the Mansion line is generally not all that long, rarely more than 30 min, even at holiday time. When it's longer is usually the busier days and when there's a lot of APs in the park for whatever reason.

Ok so since there have been a bit of interest in the updates, I'm going to open the mobile updates (updated through the day during the trip) to the public and post the link here soon. Also the main album for the trip will also be posted here (and updated nightly).

I'll use this page for my thoughts, observations and rants (posted throughout the day in the parks).

Finally, I've had one person ask so I'll open the invite for a meet at the lounge at paradise pier. The date and time is yet to be made. Anyone interested let me know on here and I'll get a list going. Alcohol will be available at the lounge. So come on out and I promise it'll last more that 30 mins this time ;)

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE IS SET!*

Well, with under a week left before I fly out there, I'm starting to put together my "Schedule" for while I'm out there. Now, I know Drawn to the Magic isn't the best show, but I've been dying to see it (Didnt get to last time I was there, wasn't running). These times I have listed are my planned shows. For DTTM, I gave myself a few extra shows just in case I dont make it to one or two. On the 15th, it's a "Do whatever I feel like day. It's my last day" kind of day. Chance to collect up all the merchandise I wanted to get.

** The Holidays. A time of joy, family, and excitement. The ending of the year. Snow. Hot Chocolate. Presents. But sometimes, it's not all fun and games. What happens when a Mansion is overrun by Jack Skellington? When someone doesn't listen to the warnings of an ancient God? When pirates lurk in every cove? When a Small World unleashes it's "Holiday Magic"? And when an extremely large, extremely pissed off dragon appears?. . . You get one of the greatest adventures to date. And this time, there's no chance of escaping Friday the 13th. Because this time, the forces of evil will throw everything they've got into the mix. . . with the addition of stupid guests.

He thought it would be a chance to relax. Go to Disneyland and enjoy the holidays. He was wrong. The reality is, today is going to suck. And today is one of those days where it just doesn't pay to get out of bed.

Ida, go to hell! I'm in Atlanta right now about to start boarding in about 20 min. For a 826am flight. My plan is to grab one of the shuttles to paradise pier, drop off my stuff and head into the parks about 1 pm pst.
