It's called REAL LIFE.
Ah but see if it were legal then that kind of thing would not happen now would it?GRUMPY PIRATE wrote: a lot of the "talking points" that are being made are simply not true and will not work within our current framework.
look at at medical marijuana storefronts.
suprise suprise, a lot of them were not selling to the people that needed "medical help" but were making thousands in profit (which, by the way, is not allowed under the medical marijuana dispensary regulations)
as it stands now, it is a disaster. and truth be known mariosol can be used to combat the illness for the cancer paitents.
First off it is not a minority that voice their support to legalize marijuana. Making pot legal would be the best thing for this country. It would help financially, cut crime, scientifically and other ways. I would say you are probably just jumping on the bandwagon with the minority to voice against it.GRUMPY PIRATE wrote:I know you are probably just jumping on the bandwagon with the vocal minority to legalize marijuana, but it really would have an adverse effect on those that cannot control their use.
And yet alcohol IS legal. In case you over looked the key word in your statement, abuse. Tylenol is legal too, but abuse it and you will regret it. All things in moderation.GRUMPY PIRATE wrote: don't believe it, look at the millions being spent on combating alcohol abuse. and before you start with the yeah, but.. points about the differences, it is still a narcotic that DOES inhibit your preceptions.
