His best bet for a continuous supply of cold ones is still to never die by making it so Heaven doesn't want him and Hell is afraid he'll take over.

Watching the ticker on the news this morning and the family is crying b/c they're being hounded by the media. Well doy, what the hell did you expect. You film the launch,'then' realize your kid might be in there. What's the first thing you do?? You call the FAA,then the TV station, then 911. (dumb-ass)

He's getting exactly what he wanted, but now he has to play the part of the innocent victim so people stop suspecting that he wanted the attention.

This dude is getting more loony-tunes by the minute. The other night on the news, he came out with a box and asked the reporters to put their questions in the box so he can get back to them later. This story is rapidly becoming a laughingstock.

Seriously, it's at a point where whenever a parent goes on about their kid, or a tragedy of some kind, it's like the boy who cried wolf. Pretty soon it's going to be where nobody will give a flying flip about other people's problems. And the danger of that is, we humans are programmed to help others. The minute you stop caring for others, the less human you become. Which says something about certain members of my family....

But what if I don't want to be human?

I like Jay Leno's joke from his show last week; when speaking of the "balloon boy", he said "Don't confuse him with his father; 'baloney boy'".

I have to say I am not laughing at this one, though maybe it was the spoken delivery that made it funny. Of course, I have never found Leno funny in the first place so maybe that has something to do with it.

Ya think?? :p: ;)

...Its not laugh out loud funny. The point is, I liked the choice of words.

That's okay, I'm going with you. I was playing Apples to Apples once, for those that don't know the short explanation is there's a card with an adjective and you put down a noun in your hand to match it, well, the adjective was bright and I put down Challenger Explosion. In my defense, nothing else in my hand was even remotely bright.
