How horrifying for that poor mother. Thank God the baby is all right.

The Australian authorities said the mother did nothing wrong. It was a windy day. Did you see how quickly the incident happened? No real time to react; the mom stuck her hand out in front of the train but had to jump back at the last split second. Sometimes you can do all the right things, and an accident can still happen.
She's going to need a new stroller, but at least she still has a child to put into it. She must've crapped in her pants. I think next time she will either apply the brakes or turn the stroller sideways to keep it from rolling onto the tracks.
