Anyone with rights to a guidebook?

I am working on putting together a crazy all the parks in Orlando iPhone app guidebook map routing thingy, and am looking for somebody who has the appropriate rights to one of the many guidebooks so we can include their information for attractions. PM me if you have rights and would be willing to work them into an iPhone App.
