Scientist and Nobel Peace Prize winner Norman Borlaug who was said to have prevented over a billion deaths due to hunger is dead at 95 of cancer. Quite possibly the "World's Greatest Human," you will be missed, even if few knew your name.

A truly unsung hero for mankind. :( Of course he wont get the 'air' time as that other person they keep beating us over the head with. :mad:

I was out to dinner with my friends and I just heard that Patrick Swayze (sp) passed away from cancer. R.I.P. Ditto :(
