Oh no, not at all, I personally wouldn't consider it a good time, but I am perfectly all right with others considering it a good time. I consider other things to be a good time. ;)

At least it's "mutually assured destruction".
And a flaming conflagration as the stage was lined with dry palm fronds. Luckily, it's right next to the beach.

CB, please pass along my best wishes to Purpura and let her know I'm thinking of her. Looking forward to hearing from her as soon as she is able. Hugs to Little Purpura as well.

I came 'home' last night, from staying with my parents at their motel room - They left today for Virginia. I left the hospital, this past Friday September 4th and stayed with them at their hotel room not far from the Resort - at 9:25 one or two evenings I heard some fireworks, but was in bed by then.

I heard from the doctor today about an hour ago, that I would need chemotherapy, and the tumor they removed during my hysterectomy was an adenosarcoma. Luckily this thing had not metastasized at all!

The fire dancer better roast some marshmallows for s'mores for me. LOL

From Wikepedia (not the most noted medical reference, but hey, it's free):

"Benign adenomas typically do not invade other tissue and rarely metastasize. Malignant adenocarcinomas invade other tissues and often metastasize given enough time to do so."

So glad to hear it has not metastasized, and hopefully chemo will kill the little monsters that have invaded your body, Purpura.

Be brave and stay strong. You'll get through this just fine. If you need entertainment or a good laugh, come spend time with us on SGT.

Sending prayers and good wishes that your treatment will be successful and you'll be good as new in no time.

Purpura-
Very glad to hear no metastasis. Chemo just to make sure every possible remaining cancer cell gets eradicated. Hope it goes well. Different types of chemo available, for example, my grandmother took an oral form. Have you heard what plan is?
