Rockapella (yea the carmen sandiego guys) do a great cover of 'It's a small world' (you can check it out on itunes here I believe.

What other covers of disney songs do you enjoy?

There's a hardcore band that covered Grim Grinning Ghosts, but I forgot who. Sounded awesome though.

I think I remember hearing around that one, but never actually heard it played.

Wonder how much of a pain it is to get permission from Disney for these though.

The GGG song your speak of is an easy one, done by the Barenaked Ladies. Can be found on the movie soundtrack and at Fantasmic! (Studios) as well as a few other places.
