Latest news:
The Central Pacific Hurricane Center has downgraded Felicia from a hurricane to a tropical storm and will issue a public bulletin at 500 am HST under AWIPS header TCMCP2 and WMO header WTPA22. Tropical storm Felicia is currently about 590 miles east of Hilo, Hawaii and moving west around 15 mph.
It still looks like a rainy Monday.

As of this morning Felicia has degraded to a low level tropical storm and may become a tropical depression before arriving tonight. We'll get lots a needed rain for a day.
