Requested SGT improvement

I was wondering if there was a way to add a link at the top of each thread to jump to the last read post in a thread. Some of these threads are kind of long, and it might be nice when you open a thread to be able to simply click on a link and jump to the 1st post you haven't read in a thread.

Just a thought. :)
