Monorail Black
Greetings all,
Not sure if this belongs here as it's not SG related (maybe OCD). I've been reading through the boards, and I saw a picture of the MKIV black sitting next to the MKVI black for comparison. Looked like it was taken a couple floors up on the contemporary.
I am trying to locate it again, but can't seem to find the thread and my google-fu is failing me.
Does anyone have or know where to find that (or a similar comparison) picture?
Thanks!

Re: Monorail Black
Sorry, not from media. I have morals. I would however, safely classify myself as a strong 8.5 on the Disney nut-o-meter.
I'm lucky my assistant at work is also a Disney fan (so he doesn't have to fake it) and we were discussing tidbits about the monorails. Things like how Coral and Lime were sold and moved to Vegas (after a nose job). The difference between the MkIV and MkVI: nose cone shape (which the picture I'm thinking of showed) the buttons on the side of the cab, size, headlight shape, strobes on top etc.
I found SGT from wikipedia and was reading through the thread that was linked from there. From there, I browsed through other threads and now I can't remember where I had seen the overhead shot.

Someone was trying to put in there awhile ago that some number other than 4 was allowed in the front cab so I was attempting to cite BW as a source :)

I would hope that SGT wouldn't ever be used for a source for exactly the reasons mentioned in the talk page. Sorry you got overruled though.

I think black would be kinda neat. Now black with an orange and yellow flame job would be the cat's ass.turkeyham wrote:What an odd color. I have never seen it running yet. I have been tp WDW, but never saw it.

Re: Monorail Black
If you go on the WDW Monorail Pilots page on Facebook, they have the picture.
My opinions are mine and mine only. If my opinions are the opinion of others who happen to share whatever my crazy views may be, then fine, but it's not because I represent them in having my opinions. Got it?
