Incredibly late to the party here, so I apologize for going ON topic...

Sounds like you've got some great doctors... at least, great bedside manners. Hope everything turns out well for you Zazu! *Prayers.*

Now back to your regularly scheduled off-topic-ness.

Look! Squirrel!

Hey Zazu - I saw your and SWMBO's pictures on the other board last night. Looks like you were enjoying yourselves.

Any idea how long the recuperative period might be after your surgery? Hopefully you'll be back on the wine and dine circuit within weeks if not days afterwards.

My doctors think I should be able to return to work in a couple of weeks. Then I explained it was 1/4 mile hike to the nearest restroom and my breaks often come four hours apart.

"Well, in that case it depends...."

"Depends on what?"

"Depends on sale, hopefully!" :rimshot:

See why I love these guys?

Naaaah, all of us in the medical profession know THAT one! ;)

Here's another one for Zazu's MD......

Two Doctors are out on the golf course when one of them says to the other,
" Say, Bob, how come there's a rectal thermometer behind your ear?"
Bob gasps, then blurts out,
"Omigosh, where's my pen?!"

I know :)

The only way it would be perfect for Zazu is if they installed a wine bar!

"This is your third colonoscopy this week!"

"Yes, yes, but the wine is divine!"

With all of the jokes they crack it would be like a comedy club that gets way too personal with the audience...
