From
Glory Road, by Robert A Heinlein:
Major Ian Hay, back in he "War to End War," described the structure of military organizations: Regardless of T.O., all military bureaucracies consist of a Surprise Party Department, a Practical Joke Department, and a Fairy Godmother Department. The first two process most matters as the third is very small; the Fairy Godmother Department is one elderly female GS-5 clerk usually out on sick leave.
Any HR department, by its very existence, is a bureaucratic nightmare. And Judy and I, as Federal employees, would often state: "Until we started dealing extensively with Disney we thought we worked for the largest bureaucracy in the world."
So combine Disney and HR and be surprised if anything gets done at all.

Okay, so the paperwork made no sense. That alone should qualify you for a reinterview.
And this time, your interviewer should not say a single word about Hubble.
Yes, it's cool.
That doesn't matter when you're at Casting.
Because his paperwork for you was confusing to the other Casting people, I'm gonna venture and say that your recruiter was off his meds.
My opinions are mine and mine only. If my opinions are the opinion of others who happen to share whatever my crazy views may be, then fine, but it's not because I represent them in having my opinions. Got it?

Well, I just filled out the application. I am not that quick to switch to the dark side. I talked to a manager today, they are going to put me on the list for rails as full or seasonal, and are going to pull up what is available in attractions.

Good. Convince your managers that you need seasonal replacements.

How bad are the shifts out there? Wait untl you get line schedules. That will make any cast member cranky.
