If your legs are long enough to reach the stirrups you do need to be strapped in. And as long as your facing forward your generally ok(some people get mad if you don't stay seated, since you technically are supposed to) but once agian if your doing it to entertain us and not to just be jerks you can probably get away with it.GMC wrote:GASP, but what if DOSH see it, do we actually have to stay strapped in, or seated or is it, just don't let them fall off, and it's all ok?aliceindisguse wrote:If it's late and your entertaining, not annoying, people (me included) usually won't kick you off, becuase were generally so bored that we need a little excitment at the carr-o-hellGMC wrote: it'd get an e-stop b/c i always try and do gymnastics

Howdy folks, I'm a newbie to the board but as an ex-castmember, I'm very familiar with the territory.
Here's one of my pet peeves of Disney mis-identity.
I'm off the clock at the Marketplace, and a guest hops in front of me and asks, "Excuse me, do you know where we catch the bus to go to Disney World?"
(Already I feel a headache coming on...)
:? "Um... you're already at Disney World, where exactly did you need to go?"
8) "No, no, no...we're just at the shops. We need to go to Disney World."
:? "Do you mean you need to go to one of the parks?"
8) "Yes, we've got tickets for Disney World, and we need to find the bus."
:? "Okay, which park are you going to today?"
8) "Disney World."
:? "Do you mean the one with the castle?"
8) "Yes, that's it!"
:? "The bus stop is over there, you'll want the one that says 'MAGIC KINGDOM'."
8) "Oh thank you!"
as they walked away towards the bus stop, I hear her kids ask her, "So are we going to Epcot, Mommy?" she replied "No, that's tomorrow. Today we're going to Disney World."
 Good luck, Mr. Bus Driver. I hope you can help her better than I could.

this summer was really bad for people not knowing attraction names...
they called the parking lot trams...
-the train
-the bus
-the trollies
-the cars
-the monorail
-the shuttle
-the ferry
they called the WDW parks...
-disneyland
-disney's islands of adventure
-disney universal studios
and the one that irritates me the most...DISNEY'S MAGIC KINGDOM (a cast member did this one)

ROTFL!
Wow, and here I thought people could be terrible with merely getting Goofy and Pluto mixed up!

That's... that's just beyond me. LOL! How could anyone out there possibly get Max and Goofy mixed up? They look nothing alike, their only similaries are tiny ones, and Goofy has been around and well-known forever while Max has been around for only a decade and a half? (Not counting "Junior" from the original Goofy cartoons, of course. And Max doesn't even resemble Junior!)
At this rate, I guess I wouldn't be too surprised if I hear some guests have gotten Mickey and Minnie confused. :D
Some people aren't very observant or refuse to admit it when they are wrong (or both). Oh well just cause we are Disney nuts doesn't mean the rest of the world is.
