Forgot he had it on him probably... first time I went to court (traffic court) I forgot my bag had my knifes in it... (3 inch, 3 bladed utility knife... carried for utility use, and a Swiss Army, for the same purpose.) The cop manning the bag search was kind enough to hold on to them for me till I left. The next time I went to Traffic court, I put them in the glove compartment.

Prices are down. Take a look at
the listings.

We have some of the dumbest high school kids in my condo complex. A few years ago these high school kids were freshmen. The pulled the fire alarms on each floor in out building on a Friday night.
Now getting back to the stupidity of these idiots. They have been known to ditch school. have parties at all times of the day and now for entertainment they love pulling the fire alarm in our building for fun.
This morning I was sleeping and hear a loud ringing sound. When I realized it was the fire alarm going off, I got up, got simi dressed and went out with my purse and cell phone. This happen at 3:20 am. About 10 people went outside and I was one of the Neighbor Hood Watch captains and called the police. A snotty dispatcher said we already received a call and they are on their way and so is the fire department. The responce time to this was bad. 15 minutes for the police to come and 20 minutes for the fire department. Plus the police were really a royal pain in the butt this morning and did not care if something were to occur for real.
The fire department did go floor by floor to see if there was any real danger. There was none and they did come across the top floor (#3) had 3 alarms pulled. This afternoon I did talk to the grounds keeper in our complex that the kids are seriously the trobled some that would probably cause a mess on a grad nite at DL.
I better not see this again. These kids have been already arrested for smoking pot in the rec-room. I know, I smelt the fumes from my patio and called it in to the police station.

can't they do anything about getting them evicted?? Surely the police arrested them for pulling the fire alarm right?

The police the other morning were dorks. We have a private security company and most of us were wondering where they were too.
The fire department said yes if caught the do get a fine and jail. What is bad, the fire department could not find the alarm closet. I told them where it was and the police department said, you don't know anything about this place. Big mistake idiot!! I have lived at my place over 12 years. I showed the fire department and they said thank-you.
It's sad when I know the supervisors. I should make a complaint about them and the responce times as well. When I took police dispatching, the responce time for a fire or any emergency was less than 5 to 7 minutes. The fire department got out there in 15 minutes and the police arrived 20 minutes later. That is a poor responce time. I give both teams F's. Hopefully we will not have to encounter that again. 8 years ago in the same complex some kids were playing with matches when lighting a candle. Oops, the candle was on a tray and tipped over into the couch. The kids try puting the candle out with a glass of water. Nope, but the kids did pull the fire alarm at 8 am. The fire department showed up 20 minutes and the police were no where to be seen.

Sounds like a good story for your local newspaper.

But first, call the police dispatch non-emergency and ask to speak to a supervisor to let them know you're going to the newspapers. That's what I am doing with Progress Energy.
My opinions are mine and mine only. If my opinions are the opinion of others who happen to share whatever my crazy views may be, then fine, but it's not because I represent them in having my opinions. Got it?

Hi, would you believe it? I forgot about this site! That's why I haven't posted in a while. Anyway, in my city newspaper, some fool robbed a bank and dropped his wallet on the floor while making his getaway. The cops couldn't believe how easy it was: they drove to the address on his driver's license. Yup, he was there! Now if only all crooks were as incompetent as this one! :D:

Heard of a similar one this week. This guy shoplifted at an electronics store -- minutes after applying for a job there! They didn't have much trouble locating him.
