Psychos in the spooky house

Ok so Im at mansion, and I was walking down an ECV. As I was walking back to the ER, I noticed that a woman in a wheelchair and her 2 daughters were in there waiting for me. They were pushing the buttons and just messing with the switch, so I said loudly "Please dont touch the buttons." I wasnt even in there yet so I had to speak up for them to hear me. As soon as I got in there she starts yelling "You didnt have to scream at me, you are so rude! You are supposed to apologize to me and mean it!!! I am going to have you fired like that *snaps bitchy fingers*" Now I didnt scream at all, I said it loudly cause the hallway was extremely noisy and the spiel was going. So I just look right at her and smile and say "Im sorry Maam." In a super sweet voice. Then she really blew up, she was calling me every name in the book, saying how sarcastic I was blah blah blah. She wanted my name and I showed her my name tag and said Id be happy to get the lead as soon as we got to the top. So she zooms out and is screaming at every cast member she sees on her way out. I went out to foyer to find the lead and she saw me asking another cast member where they were and says "I WANT TO HEAR WHAT SHES SAYING I KNOW ITS ABOUT ME!" I just went back in and took the ER down. Later on I found out she had harassed everyone outside and other CMs at other attractions. Oh yea, she had also wanted to by pass the line when she first got there, you know why? "Cause I paid $150.00 to come here today!!!"

fing people, we were having issues for the eintire four hours of my OT today at indy (like literally as soon as my bump home came, things were clearing up :bang: turst me i almost did just that.) so anyway Temple entrance (merege point) was HELL, i was on my way, and the fastpass line was backed all the up to about five feet past where the guy i was bumping could see (reminds me of indy before fast pass, eek) the guy at temple broke under the harrisment of the standby line, and just let the whole thing go in, and I was just beyond words with the guy, like holy crap dude, you can' buckle like that, 'cause now i've gotta clean up YOUR mess (i left the part about the mess out of it) so yeah you're bumping, to where ever, i think home, don't worry i got hings here. so i got to sit there for half an hour while the station was having problems (i dunno why we didn't just go 101, we coulda fixed the problem and started over) while some ASS hounds me about having to wait, i'm sorry what part of STAND BY WAIT LINE didn't you get, and then i tired explaining to him that even if i let him in he'd still have to wait, it's still backed up, and it'd still be about the same amount of time, but he told me that I was flawed in my thinking so finally i ge an extended wait time speil, and he get's annoyed that i don't know how long it's going to be, and next thing i know he's gone. so some more people bitch, but most of them see a fazzeld CM and lighten up right away, and sat there and joked with me, and made it a nice time for me, despite the facts. to make things better, my bump came just as the rotunda emptied, i was sorta mad, i wanted to be the one to release peoplereaha onto the rotunda.

This psycho lady (lady??) was ALL OVER Disney Land screaming, stopping any CMs or guests who would listen, & even antagonizing everyone in stores. She was a real piece of "UGLY work." :twisted: She & her daughters paid $$ to enter & she was determined The Park was hers & all would cater to her every shrew yell. Almost any CM who was on stage heard a few of her poor me stories as she screamed like a banshee. Was she the HORROR of HALLOWEEN or what?? I wanted to tell her she forgot her mask! Makes one lose hope for a few hrs. The smiling children helped me forget this witch. Thank God for the MAGIC & laughter of children.

She had a scratchy voice, or maybe she was just hoarse from screaming all day.

She's probly one of the bitchy people i yelled at while i was at the Temple Entrance. I'm glad that i'm finally standing up for myself, i just hope i don't overstep, and get myself termed. I feel like a monster! All i know is that if someone is yelling at me, or someone else near me about something that i or that other person has no control over, i'm no longer putting up with it.

This lady sounds like the one who was yelling at my friend at alice. She loaded her at unload 1 ( where we load GACs) and she continued to yell at her from unload 1 all the way until she went into the rabbit hole.

Her party tried to jump into the car at unload 2(where people get out) and when my friend told them not to get in that car, the lady freaked out because they were going to get on the ride and she could have asked them to get out of the car nicer. the situation just escalated from there
