Happy Holloween
I just want to wish everyone a safe and scary holloween. I'll be kicking back handing out candy to the kids this year as a pirate. How about your guys?
"A little swordplay, now and then, keeps my mind off sheep!"
"You're messing with my Zen thing, man."
"Dreams are as portals,
flat visions of misty places,
fragments bound below my surface,
but I can write dreams,
they flow from me,
inscribed but now unbound,
I touch them,
and they are real,
and they are real."

Re: Happy Holloween
Thanks! Same to you!! Have fun & eat some chocolate for me... I get the opportunity to work tomorrow.. I think it should be fun though.. not having 2legged children of my own,(ours have 4legs & whiskers!) it's nice to enjoy watching other people dress theirs up in costumes I sold them a couple weeks ago and walk around the resort in gaggles (do children go in gaggles is that for geese only??)CujoSR wrote:I just want to wish everyone a safe and scary holloween. Re: Happy Holloween
I usually have to work Halloween, which leaves SWMBO at home alone. As she's allergic to small children, she usually just turns out the lights and pretends she's not home.CujoSR wrote:I just want to wish everyone a safe and scary holloween. This year, I'm not working, so we had to find a more gracious way to hide. She found just the ticket: the IF&WF Signature Dinner at California Grill, high atop the Contemporary. No kids, nice fireworks, and the candy is rather more exciting than last year's frozen Reeces Cups.

Thanks Cujosr & a HAPPY HAUNTED HALLOWEEN to every SGT poster.
My candy will be in a bowl @ the porch. MUST give out candy to all goblins & Disney characters. Don't want to come home to tricks after my Disney Halloween night~

A few days late
I dressed up as Ash Wednesday for Halloween. I had on my black dress my hair in two braids and a smudge of cigarette ash on my forehead. I also had a shotgun and a chainsaw at my side. I had to explain my costume to some people who had not seen Army of Darkness. :sighs: Oh well. Hope to post the pic soon. It was slightly offensive but hey what's Halloween for if not to annoy others?

I know I'm late but for halloween I didn't dressup as anything... though I was performing at a reniassance faire that weekend so I was romeo, hamlet and banquo on that day. after the show a friend of mine and I got in the costumes for macbeth (I love kilts) and wet to the resort for a bit. so may people looked at us and yelled "Braveheart!" but no, we were just scottish.
"How many people woke up this morning saying 'I have to do the Jungle Cruise?' yeah, me too, I sat on the edge of my bed crying for half an hour."
