Minnie's Moonlit Madness
Anyone doing it this year? It'll be my first year, and I've heard that people actually spend time studying for it! Any tips from those who have participated in the past?

I did a Disboards Diva scavenger hunt. Like Polar said it is being up to date things you normally do not know like Hannah Montana, lol, and new movies. We did like 5th place out of over a dozen teams. What helped is knowing the little things like where is Fess Parker's window and who is Jingles the horse.
For any Disney related scavenger hunt what helps is those little things you notice in the parks like the dentist office, who is the mayor of Disneyland and how wide is the Mark Twain.
I think you will do fine since you are a lady and a plaid. :)

It's a lot of fun. I will be doing it for the third time with my cast member friend and some of her fellow cast members. The trivia portion is on a scantron and the questions are tough. ALL aspects of Disney are covered including ESPN,ABC-TV,et al. You can try to study, but it will make you crazy. The most important thing is to have fun!
Oh and during the challenge, you are tied to your teamates, literally. The challenges can range from tough to the silly. For one game,we had to sing "A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes" like a country western singer. It was not pretty!

hhsrat, Shorty82 and I were on a team at Goofy's Mystery Tour this last year, and it was so much fun. Many questions were very, very hard. They quoted Dave Smith saying he would have failed the fifty questions.
But it was so much fun!
In fact, one of these days you can expect to see the three of us at M3, either to help or play.

My opinions are mine and mine only. If my opinions are the opinion of others who happen to share whatever my crazy views may be, then fine, but it's not because I represent them in having my opinions. Got it?

Right now, I'm pretty sure I'll be volunteering the event. Though I may join a team from work or something if one forms up.
I worked it last year. It was fun, and it all went to a good cause. And a lot of good memories.
I will always remember standing in disbelief over by Big Thunder Ranch watching a Cast TV Hostess interviewing a Goat. I'm pretty well sure that was the moment I decided I would be with Disney for a very long time, lol.

Will voluntEAR again this year. M3 is always such fun & great laughter. Think this will be 7th year. VoluntEARed 2 yrs. with an ODV CM before I hired in. Saw Quinn from Cast TV in park today & told him I was voluntEARing. He replied; "All figured."
