Mickey's Super Shuttle

Post by Whazzup » Sun Mar 01, 2009 10:42 am

Sorry to bother you DL guys with this, but have any of you heard of Mickey's Space Shuttle that provides transpo from LAX and SNA to DL? I spoke with him about picking someone up at Long Beach Airport and he said he could do it and I need to call and make a reservation when the date gets close, as he doesn't routinely stop there. He's a lot cheaper than the Super Shuttle or a taxi, and he provides free car seats for young kids. Do you know anything about him or his company? He sounds like a real character.
I guess I could check with the Better Business Bureau. Just wondering if anyone has used him before. Thanks.

Just went in and edited the name so it's the same as on the Anaheim/OC web site for transportation to the parks. Did a BBB search and couldn't find anything about it. Maybe they changed the name recently.

If I were you, I would stick with Super Shuttle. I have seen this company drive around Disneyland. Their shuttle look like they can fall apart in pieces in seconds. Super shuttle will pick you up after you make reservations. :)

After just looking at their website, which I found to be very unprofessional, I would never use them.

You're not kidding. I haven't seen a website that bad in ages.

I was about to come on and tell you to have a look at mine, but that was before I saw it. Wow, the only thing they have that I want is content.

There's no place like 127.0.0.1

Well gosh, crew, thanks for all the great input. My son must have good instincts - he said Mom, where did you find this guy? Looks a little dubious.

Churchy - you are amazing. If I ever need anything researched, I'm gonna talk to you first. ;)

Okay, I'll stick with the Super Shuttle. Thanks again, SGT peeps. :D:

Hi DisneyMom. :waves: We're arriving the evening of Sunday the 26th of April and leaving on April 30th. We're using my DVC developer points to stay at Grand Californian. It'll be me, DH, my son and his family ABCDE (April, Baruch, Chris, Durham and Elek). :)

We'd love to come by and say Hi and give a :hugging: to any of you DL folks that we manage to track down. Feel free to PM me if you want to meet up. It would have to be onsite as we won't have a car.
