So, an Orlando Sentinel critic actually likes something (the hiring of Dieter Hannig) that WDW did? No wonder why he's no longer with the Sentinel. I thought the Sentinel's stated editorial policy is to loudly and viciously oppose all things WDW.

Thanks for the insight, Zazu; I wasn't aware of Scott Joseph's history.

If I'm not mistaken, Dieter came over from Disneyland Paris after designing and starting the F&B operation over there. And you're right...no reason to cry for him, but it was nice to think that F&B new concepts were in such capable hands.
