If you're buying anything that will require a loan, get prequalified. Interest rates are very low but lenders want everything including the dog next door's pedigree before they'll give up any bucks.

Yup. Working on that now. Actually, using a few different tactics to get the loan. We're not above getting a rack.

Probably above using it, but not above getting it.

My opinions are mine and mine only. If my opinions are the opinion of others who happen to share whatever my crazy views may be, then fine, but it's not because I represent them in having my opinions. Got it?

If the developer is motivated, they'll find a way. A squeaky clean credit rating never hurts either.

I heard yesterday part of the stimulation is to lower 30 year rates to 4%. If true that'll really pump up the housing biz.

Oh, CMGuy!!! I have thought about you/wondered about you and was so looking forward to perhaps getting to meet you on a future trip. I'm so sorry we won't be doing that at Soarin'. ((((((CM guy))))))

I know what it's like to be limited by your health- believe me. If you need to vent please feel free to send a PM my way.

huge hugs,
Bru

Hi CMGUY...

What happened to you was a bunch of bull and I'm disappointed in the way they handled it...but I've already talked to you about this.

BTW: You know me except I have brown hair now. And hopefully I'll be at Kidani with if we both happen to get it! :)

Glad to see you are back on here again.

And I hope you're both at Kidani when we come to check in November 12th! :)

and if you were at the Kidani tradeshow yesterday, then I'm pretty sure I know you too, or at least, we spent some time talking while waiting for our interviews.

[font="Palatino Linotype"] oh cmguy, i'm so sorry...i know how much soarin' meant to you...i know it meant a lot for you to be in the park as well creating magic for those around you (at least for the guests)...

let's hope this new move will be a good one for you and will lead to some lifelong employment with a company you love (?)

I definitely was...hmmm. Wait, I looked at where you work and know who you are now! Yes, we were sitting at the same table and chatting away. :)

Hopefully your interview went well, and hopefully we all get phone calls sooner rather than later.
