I know when Cinderellabration was playing, they had to stop using the pyro for a bit (the gold stuff on the towers kept catching on fire).

I will be your guide for this magical journey into the movies. It's the perfect job for me, because I love movies! Is everybody ready? Great, because it's showtime. Ready when you are, CB!

Short burst of water. But if the electrician did his job, and they short out, the breaker should trip at the power distribution box.

I think they can water down areas after fireworks.
I have seen a thunder storm after Wishes at WDW.
Nothing caught on fire.

On a side note, I'd love to know WHEN the picture was taken. maybe i can finally persuade my managers to keep that door locked at all times.
Let's Think....It was on Wed January 14th....Mid-Afternoon - I would say about 3 or 4 PM? I only was looking up there trying to see if I could find a decent shot without the crane while they were (I assume) repainting, and was curious about it.

I remember a few years back at Disneyland, the fireworks in front of the castle for the 50th caught a christmas tree on fire. It was one of the pin wheels and it tipped over and nailed the tree. No damafe to the castle.
