The water diet also is supposed to be good. You drink 8 to 12 glasses of water a day, flushes out toxins and fills you up.

It really helps wash down those bacon double cheeseburgers, too. :D:

Ummmmm.....SURE it will, just eat eight to ten quarts a day.....

hehehehehhe

the only thing about "water" type of diets is that most doctors suggest aginst them for various reasons, including possible kidney damage, and so on. (also, arn't they pretty short term?)

how about limiting cheesburgers and fries to only three times a day, and walk around DLR or magic kingdom a few times?

hehehehe

OR go on the RUM diet.

after a few swigs, you don't really care about what you weigh!

I could do that but rarely eat more than one meal a day or two. That is the answer though. Figure your weigh gain per year and multiply by 10. That is about how many calories a day you need to eat less and/or exercise more a day. A trip around the parks or putting aside the fries will help you loose weight. Drinking one extra can of soda pop can add 15 pounds a year.
