Hi everyone!
Long story short...
We returned from our trip missing two very important items--
1. The Dreams Certificate that was given to my daughter for starting the IllumiNations fireworks given to her by the wonderful, kind staff st Rose and Crown on 12/20. I had plans to frame it and put it in her room, as it was a once in a lifetime moment, and so special to us.
2. The pics that were taken on the same day at the Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, of my 2 daughters with Belle.
I contacted lost and found at Carribean Beach, but they didn't have them.
Can I get replacements for these? I understand if there is a charge, and would be more than willing to pay. I am so upset at myself for misplacing these items! If it is possible, how do I go about doing this?
