They are having a Pirate festival today in the north county of San Diego!

They interviewed some of the people on the news, that put it together. several used to work at Disneyland at the POTC. There is a husband and wife team that claim they used to work there and got the idea from the ride.

You're right--he's also missing his trademark high collar that comes up over his head. But the facial expression....
