Ok, today a SG claimed that Pirates of the Caribbean was at DCA. That SG was completely off right there. I don't think they would be able to build that there, no room.

Actually they built Pirates outside of DL. They could build pirates where the old Whoopie Goldberg show was for example or in Hollywood where the restaurant building was.
