Simply whip out your digital camera and take a picture of him/her! No name necessary. :D:
I was thinking the sama thing. and my little "vacation" camera will even take about a 10 minute mpeg video! that would be interesting!!

the guy did that (well, he used his cell phone) and that's when the cm told the guy she was going to be calling security...he told her that was fine...and that she should also call her supervisor

Maybe SM is starting to have some kind of bad effect. I was there Tuesday and rode SM twice. Both times, the CM's @ load & unload seemed more eager to get people on and off the ride as quickly as possible than to do anything else. The worst was the second time, when the grouper's job consisted of telling people, "Sit wherever you want to; keep your group together." that was it. No additional information, no directing to rows, no anything. We had to coordinate with other riders to make sure the 4 of us in my group actually managed to board at the same time, as did the group in front of us.

It sounds like a lazy grouper. My youngest brother worked attractions at Disneyland about 5 years ago. He was working at Small World one day and he told a big tour group that the group had to be in separate boats to ride safely. He told them to wait and them board. They did not listen. The boat sagged for a while and bearly moved.

You'd think they were all connected at the hip or something, they way they insist on being together. Time for seperation surgery!

When I went to D Land on 10/18/2008. There were two female employees at space mountain with long dark hair that covered their name tags. I went on twice and the second time only one had their hair covering their name tag. I was able to see one of their names finally. WTF? that is the only attraction I have seen people cover their name tag with their hair, well, that and Haunted mansion.

I used to do mystery shopping, and one of the things I had to look for during my shops was employees covering their nametags--I had to record the employee's name if they helped me in any way or if they rang up my purchase. I never ran into an employee with a covered up nametag, or one that was missing. If I had, it would've counted against them.

I would think that cast members should be taught to keep their nametags in view and legible at all times. We had to when I worked at Knott's. Had a supervisor caught us without a nametag, or if it wasn't visible, we could get written up for it. If a CM consistently covers up their nametag, I'd say something fishy is going on, like that CM who refused to let anyone see her nametag. I hope she got reprimanded for it. And the ones who have hair covering their name tags should pull their hair back. What if their hair gets caught on something, and they end up getting "scalped"?

You would think with all the trouble you have to go through to work on Space ( have to work 2 other attractions previously, and probably have to have a clean record) that you wouldn't blow it by being stupid. I would kill to work on space, I wanted to work there since I was a kid. Seriously, while most kids played tag or nintendo, I played Space mountain load (and tower). By myself too, how lame is that? :D:
This girl will probably get a warning. Like a final write up or what ever it is called.

My younger brother started in ODV and transferred to attractions. He said you had to have 4 months of training on different attractions. He was offered to be trained in Tomorrowland. Sadly he said no. He left after being with the company for 5 years. He said It's a Small World was crazy. Strollers was the worst too.
