If Disney is truely watching.......
Besides giving the CM's a raise...
Could you please do something about some of the SG's that can make their life misrable.
I think a lot of the CM's take the job because they really want to work there.
Why not reduce workplace stress and remove some of the SG's!

The actual cost of admission for a guest is about seven cents. The rest of the money from the ticket price cover employee bennifits. From a business stand point, the make and break time frame for the MK atleast is the 9am to 10am hour. Everything after that goes to profit margins.Ms. Matterhorn wrote:Huh?
The parks make their actual money on Food and Merch sales. Each store has a PerCap ( a per person who entered the park ) goal. Small operating partners such as Robio Ballon arts have anywhere from a five to fifty cent percap daily. Company owned stores can go higher. I have seen PerCaps for stores between one dollar for small shops to ten dollars for the larger ones. and trust me... they hit their marks easly.
ODF and F/B have something along the same PerCap system with varied amounts on them.
As far as the Operating Partners (OP) ( non-company venders ) their percaps dictate their contract renewals, their percentage repay to the park for their rents and comps. I have been an OP in a Paramount Park many years ago, but I have been thinking of reopening a stand here at the World.... Just working out the details....
And class that is todays lesson on Theme Park Managment....
