Don't be fooled by appearances. In Hawaii, some of the most powerful people look like bums and stuntmen.

OMG.

Stop the madness!

Captain Jack is a great character but come on. Use your imaginations. Anne Bonny, Blackbeard, Calico Jack, Jean Laffite, Mary Read, Francis Drake, Henry Morgan, those were pirates. Model yourself after one of them.

There's only one Johnny Depp. I want to see the real rough and tumble pirates, ones more like Pintel and Ragetti.

Hey, they were comic relief, but they are so much closer to what real pirates are like. Dirty, sometimes not too bright, but always ready for action, not looking like a dandy.

I loved the fact the group put a "Captain Jack" in the stockade. Serves him right. I wonder if he ever got his ransom wenches...

Gah. I see the BOP* look is becoming more and more mainstream.

*No, it's not Bind on Pickup - it's Boobs on a Platter.

I dont know... I mean it was reported that Johnny Depp is a metod actor... in other words.. it was reported that he did not take a bath or wash his hair while preping for the role or in the filming so he could feel like a real pirate..
