Splash mtn idiot guest
Re: Splash mtn idiot guest
I was reading Mouse Tales and they were saying Dolly was not bright. My brother told me about her standing up and whahhhh-lahhhhh! :D:
Why can't they put a low bridge in there? Maybe a seatbelt. If you take off the seat belt, it will e-stop the ride and the log should light up. Then security can take them away. :p:

Somebody just posted about doing this on another disney board (not sure if we are allowed to post the name) and she didn't seem to see it as a big deal. Why you would post about doing something that stupid I don't know. Many of the people told her she was an idiot while the other half wanted to know why people were being so mean to her.

I love that people don't realize how dangerous it is getting out of a moving attraction...especially one that is slippery and wet! What part of "Emergency Exit Only" do they not understand?

Some guests just don't understand the dangers..... For example, one ride I use to work in another park... It was a log flume, I told the kid 3 times to keep his hands inside the boat. I specifically told him to do this cause he could get his hand caught in between the 600 lb boat and the concrete wall.... 4th time on the ride, he did it again and guess what.... He got his hand smashed! Broke his hand in 3 places and tore it up pretty good. Parents were upset but I told them that I told him not to do that three times before and he didn't listen. Needless to say, they got really upset at their kid at that time. He's ok though. Saw him the next season and he kept his hands in the boat that time. :)
Please stand clear of the doors!

Why would you do that anyway? If you want to go and walk through stuff, go to Toontown!
SGs like that scare me 'cause they are known to breed.
It's bad enough the logs are single rider seats. Don't make me wear a fricking harness next, really.

She claims she was just so scared she wasn't thinking rationally. Like that's a very good excuse for being an idiot.

Although it's an SG thing to do, I can understand why some people bail before the big drop on Splash. If you go down the little drop and it induces a panic attack with the realization that that was just the little one, I can see how in that altered state getting out of the boat and into the dioramas is a good alternative to taking the drop. Although you'd think someone with that reaction would be found cowering along the wall crying and waiting for CM rescue, than running around like a jerkass.
On the other hand, there's NO EXCUSE for going into the dioramas in the Carousel of Progress. You make However many theaters worth of people repeat the scene until you SIT THE HELL BACK DOWN, and there is nothing scary to escape in there. Potently boring, but not scary.

Hmmm, In Carousel, they should make them stay on-stage, and do the "Robot" until the end of the day!!Mayonnaise wrote:Although it's an SG thing to do, I can understand why some people bail before the big drop on Splash.
