Although cleverly done...it seems a bit over the top and judgmental to me. I'm just saying...we have enough rampant paranoia around without fostering it.

I'll grant you that there are some lost children because the parents don't care and aren't paying attention, but, I'd venture a guess that many more are just, "I turned for one second and he/she was gone", type of situations. Unless you have had a small child you do not know how fast that can happen.
