She shipped some chocolate to us from CA and it was completely destroyed when it got here. I was waiting for cooler weather to ship it. It is going to be back up in the 90's again this week here. But I WILL send them when it cools down. Thye will be better if they are intact! And if I do get the choc. coverd bacon, I will add some of that into the pkg as well.

It is coming!

Looking forward to outrtrip to CA! Need to get away again!

Well duh on my part! I can just see it melting through the wrapper and oozing its way down my mailbox post to be devoured by a huge herd of fire ants. Thanks for NOT sending it. :)

Yep I do and if the day the bubble ladies will make it is the 17th, I'll be there just not sure what time, I'll let you know when it gets closer and they know how to find me. :)

Excellent news! Even if the Bubble Ladies can't make it let me know your schedule, I remember your true identity ;)

Question for the others attending this momentous occasion. Do we try and have lunch/dinner? If we can come to a consensus rather quickly, I'll go ahead and make the calls to see if we can get the seating, unless there is a CM with access to the reservation system who can take requests via a PM (if permissible of course!) I need to make the call for my breakfast at least (we're doing Plaza Inn, again!) as well as other meals.

As I said before, I have tickets for Mickey's Trick or Treat party for the 16th if anyone wants to tag along. I'm undecided if I pick up the items necessary to be a pirate, or go as a super hero disguised as a mild mannered Internet professional.

I know people have suggested Blue Bayou, but with you having little ones, I vote Goofy's Kitchen. Although when you guys all go, I may not be able to make so not sure if you should listen to me or not. :)

I think my 3 yr old would like Blue Bayou, she LOVES pirates, and I'm pretty sure the 5 month old could care less, although she does seem to really like Mickey Mouse.

I'm open to whatever though. I just figured if we kept it in the park it might be more fun.

Yeah, doesn't matter to me much either. I may not be able to make it for a meal anyway. So everyone else decide and I'll make it where/when I can.

Ooh, cannot wait, one week and we will be in Cal-if-forn-eye-A. First to the north to vist fambly, then to the mid section to visit more fambly and the ocean :D: , then onto DLR to see ya'll wonderful SGTers! YAY!

We are definitely gonna do Goofy's Kitchen on Saturday the 18th for dinner. That is set for us. We ALWAYS make sure we do Goofy's every trip at least one breakfast and one dinner. Love that place.

Unfortunately, there are so many conventions and conferences in the area that week (KTULU!!!!!!), we were unable to get our usual room at the Inn (Disneyland Hotel :( ) so we will be staying at the Hilton, 2 blocks from the Parks. I will be getting a little exercise this trip walking over to the Parks. I will also have an ECV for when I need to switch off, and not walk too much!

We went to the flea market last Sunday and did a little walking (Was feeling it that night! ) and we will go again either today (Saturday, YES! I AM up late, SO WHAT! ;) ) or Sunday and walk a little more. Need to get the back strengthened. I start Physical Therapy when we return from Calif, but it is not required. I just think it would be good for me to get some set excercises and a set time each week to have someone MAKE ME do them. hehehe...

So we will be there...I think Blue Bayou is a good idea, or Goofy's Kitchen, whatever works for everyone. We will be doing resses at each of them anyway, so where ever everyone wants to go is great. Now to be determined, WHEN? What day? What meal? What time? We really should get an idea of something and how many so we can make a reservation for it. I would think, right?

Everyone needs to put down on this here thread, which day and time is optimal for them. Ralphie and I are open to anything, so it really depends on the CMs and the rest of the visiting SGTers schedules and who can make it when. We can do two meets if we need to meet everyone.

But, start here by putting down two days and times, the first is the BEST time for you and the second will be an alternate. Then we can see which days come out with the most being able to be at one place at one time.

Let's get this started and hopefully we can come up with a good time for most everyone.

Bubble Ladies: maybe Friday the 17th?
Ralphie and Susi: anytime, name it, we will be there!

sues

We are leaving for California tomorrow night. I won't have access to a computer regularly, but we will have access to one at Disneyland Hotel in the Concierge Lounge. I can use it when it is open and no one else is using it. We also want to hear from Ktulu via cell when we get to DL. We will be at DLR from Oct. 13th-20th. I am hoping that we can meet up there.

We will be having dinner at Goofy's Kitchen on Saturday, Oct 18th. Anyone who wants to join us please let me know, so I can make the ressie for a number of people. If you can let me know by noon tomorrow if you want to be at the dinner then, that would be great, BUT I could still take more people when we get to DL, cause I will have access to a computer for short periods of time. I will check here for any messages about anyone who wants to join Ralphie and I, Disneymom and hubby at Goofy's Kitchen that night. I will have to find out how many more folks we can add to our res as it gets real close to that date. I will have a time for dinner for you today.

Other than that, any other ideas to meet up? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

We will also be dining at Blue Bayou, we will be making our resses today for lunch there. And, also we will do a character breakfast at Plaza Inn as usual.

Ktulu, call us that week when we are there. You have our cell #. We will get together, even if a meet does not seem to be gelling. When is your Plaza In breakfast?

We will also look up any CMs who PM me their schedules. I can check here at SGT the week of 10/13, so you can PM me your schedule since you may not have an idea of when you will be working at this time. Let me know and we will drop by to say hi. I have Glendalais's schedule and hopefully more of you will PM me with your schedules! We would love to stop by and say hi!

See ya'll at DLR in a couple weeks! Can't wait.

Oh yeah, we did manage to get our room at Disneyland Hotel after all. It always happens that way for us, we usually manage to get one, so we will be staying on property! YAY!!!!!!! We love that hotel and they all know us there!
We are familiar faces at that hotel now. The valets when we pull up always recognize us straightaway and then the desk CMs and then of course, our second family, the wonderful Concierge Lounge CMs. They are really great people.

Unfortunately we cannot take a large group up there with us. We have to respect the rules and we can have a couple of guests with us at a time, but no large group. The fireworks are always fun to watch from there, so if you are interested in watching them one night, Ktulu and family, let us know, we will take your family up! We have taken Disneymom and her hubby and they loved it. We will definitely get up there with them again as well when we are there!

But I also want to watch the fireworks from inside the Park as well. We usually try to avoid the crowds for that, but it will be fun to do it once. And of course the Parade of Dreams at night! It is beautiful! The Electrical parade is great too!
So see ya'll soon and we are going to have some FUN!
