Official SGT ADD thread

A place to be entertained. Videos, jokes, games, and more.
Forum rules
At the old Disney Hyperion Studio, the screening room where animators would show animated scenes to Walt for his approval was small, with no ventilation or AC. Not only was it hot, but the animators were nervously awaiting Walt's reaction to their work. Thus, the room became known as the Sweatbox. Even after the Studio moved to Burbank and elegant screening rooms were offered to the staff, the moniker remained.

Now SGT has a sweatbox of our own. This is the place to find and post all entertaining topics such as video links, jokes, games, and the like. A general rule of thumb is that if the thread is meant to be informative (interesting news stories for example), or a topic for discussion (like setting up a park meet) then it should go in the Break Room, but if the intent is to entertain the masses then it's home is The Sweatbox. I'm sure there will be grey areas at times, so if you have doubt as to where a new thread should go, just use your best judgement and the SGT Staff will be glad to move it later if you guessed wrong.

I have one of those "365 Stupidest Things Ever Said" calendars and this was on Sept 8:

Customer (placing carton of soda on counter): I have five more in my cart.
Cashier: You have six total then?
Customer: No... I have this one and five more in the cart.
Cashier: For a total of six? Five in the cart and one here?
No... I have this one and five more in the cart.

Leno has a segment about product slogans and their first drafts. Captain Morgan's Rum's slogan is, "Drink Responsibly, Captain's Orders."

The first draft was, "Pull Over, I'm Gonna Puke Over The Starboard Side."

This happens to me too often.

A couple are going to their seat and I am going to the lottery machine. They are coming toward me so I stand still as they are not taking the wide path. This big guy and his lady wedged through the foot wide space on my left instead of walking straight to their table on my right which was about 3 or 4 feet wide.

WHY is it that when there is a narrow spot and a wide spot that people have to squeeze through the narrow spot.

I know parking at the parks is bad but this is ridiculous.

It's because the cops will impound your car for a month if they catch you driving without a license....helps to have a spare! :p:

Why is it that on the road there is a big space behind you but someone squeezes in front of you. And why is it that when there is merging traffic that a select few will wait until they are over the white line and on the shoulder of the road to merge.
