PETA has a very strong advertising and media campaign. They use every tactic possible to get clients. They woo the rich and famous then make a site called PETA2 to attract the under 30 year olds. They go after the kids also.

Grumpy is right about PETA having a very strong base of rich people, politicians, business, finance, and influentual people like media and celebrities. They could easily buy one park and maybe more.

The financing for this deal may be in trouble as it was coming from Morgan Stanley. MS is currently looking at being bought by Wachovia.
