Ooohhh..... I just got some maps in the mail, and a brochure about my hotel and stuff, and a promotional type DVD (at least I think it's probably promotional. Haven't watched ti yet). Does Disney do this every time someone books a vacation, or only if you answer no to the "Have you been to a Disney Park at least once since 2005?" question?

Wow - you got the works! All we ever get is a welcoming letter from the resort and a single brochure. But we've been there about 10 times in the last several years.
